Please read and make sure you agree with shop policies before ordering. You should accept our policies during checkout process.
1. Postage
1.1. We will send your order during 1-5 working days via DHL, GLS, PPL, TNT or UPS with tracking number and insurance against damage and lost.
1.2. Delivery time is up to 7 days. Please leave a phone number during checkout process.
1.3. Shipping costs are $25 for European Union and $50 for other countries.
1.4. For orders with amount ($500 within EU / $1500 outside of EU) or more we offer FREE SHIPPING, which is applied automatically.
1.5. Local pickup is possible for free in our office in Prague.
2. Payments
2.1. You can pay via PayPal or bank wire transfer.
2.2. Minimal order quantity is $300 (subtotal without shipping costs and taxes).
2.3. Prices are specified without VAT. This tax is not applied for shippings outside of EU. If you are located in EU, additional tax (VAT 21%) will be applied to total amount.
2.4. According to Czech laws and Czech Tax Administration recommendations we will send an invoice and electronic bill to your e-mail. Please note, this rule is effective from 1st March of 2017.
3. Defects
3.1. All our glass beads are pressed and polished manually. So each piece can be different. It’s not a defect, you agree that you cannot complaint such items.
3.2. Please note, sometimes a little part of beads (up to 5%) can have some real defects.
We kindly ask you about tolerance for 5% of defects. You agree that you cannot complaint such items.
3.3. Please note! Slight deviations in items color shades are unavoidable due to technological processes and color differences for different cameras & monitors. Also please note, we take all photos in very good sun light. In low light (indoor for example) they color can too much vary. It isn’t defect, you agree with that. If you won’t like items due to color differences, you can return them, but at your own expense. You agree, that you cannot complaint items due to color differences at all.
4. Refunds, returns and exchanges
4.1. If the item is not delivered because of wrong shipping address – the order won’t be refunded. You are responsible for specified shipping address!
4.2. If the order is lost, found and sent back to sender (or if you fail to receive items in time and they are sent back to sender) it can be sent back to buyer after the payment of return shipping costs to our PayPal account. Or we can issue refund to your PayPal account for the items without shipping costs and we cancel the order.
4.3. As we sell wholesale and our buyers aren’t final consumers, returns without reasons aren’t possible.
4.4. In case of damage (excepting cases which are concerned allowed defect rate, see section 3) please send us clear photos of damaged items and we will issue refund for the damaged items or include additional items to your new order.
4.5. In case of our fault (wrong quantity, missed item, item description mistake etc) we will send you partial refund or we will include additional items to your next order. Please note, we don’t send additional parcels for free.
5. Sales and promo actions
5.1. Please note, any sales or promo actions don’t have retroaction. It means you cannot get refund for item(s), which you bought before sales start.
5.2. All sales and promo actions can be changed without additional notifications.
6. Communication
6.1. Please note, after registration you will be subscribed automatically to our newsletter (max. 1-2 emails per week). You can unsubscribe from this subscription using special link, which is accessible in bottom part of each e-mail message.
6.2. We can send you important information (about parcels delivery, for example) via SMS and/or e-mail. It isn’t possible to unsubscribe from these messages because they are a important part of the delivery process.
